Orders & Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Tracking details are provided once your order is in transit.

MINAY currently ships to the UK, Europe and the United States. Additional regions will be introduced in due course.

Complimentary UK shipping is offered on all orders.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your destination and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Each order arrives in our signature MINAY packaging — discreet on the outside, refined within. Finished with our emblematic detailing and ribbon, every order is prepared for gifting or keeping.

Care & Wear

To preserve the finish of your piece, gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine and harsh chemicals.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unworn and in original packaging.
