Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available, allowing you to follow its journey.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and the chosen delivery service. Any estimated delivery times provided at checkout should be used as your guide.
All UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail’s tracked 24 service.
MINAY currently ships to the UK, Europe and the United States. For destinations outside of these regions, delivery can be arranged upon request.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your destination and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing an order.
PACKAGING
Each order arrives in our signature MINAY packaging — discreet on the outside, refined within. Finished with our emblematic detailing and ribbon, every order is prepared for gifting or keeping.
CARE & WEAR
To preserve the finish of your piece, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine and harsh chemicals.
When not being worn, store your jewellery in its original pouch or presentation box to help protect it from scratches and unnecessary contact with other pieces.
WARRANTY
Every piece is selected with careful attention to design and finish.
Our jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, commencing from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or damage resulting from unauthorised alterations.
To make a warranty enquiry, contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess your enquiry and advise on the next steps.
This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and our team will guide you through the process.
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If your preferred piece or size is unavailable, our team will be happy to discuss the available options.
